Trip to L.A.

There comes a time in most southern girls life that they get to take a trip to L.A. (lower alabama that it). Tomorrow Juniper and I are headed out on a junkin' spree. It should be one of those days when everything you do just feels right. We are gonna seek and find, hunt, plunder and see what turns up... I hope I have lots to talk about because right now, I'm headed for the rack to dream about bargains and treasures.
Blessings!

Vintage Bling and other Finds....

I have been jeweling for the past "ALL WEEK". I've found a new "source" for my vintage bling and I am so excited. I created a vintage rhinestone belt buckle this morning and really want to keep it but hubby says sell. I've listed on etsy.com and will have to send out a link to that. All of the new styles are one of a kinds and include all kinds of different beads, stones, charms, Turquoise (yum-yum) from Wyoming and Montana. Lots of pearls and just great "finds" from the antique dealer.  Have Fun!

Cross I found at Scott's Antique Market in Atlanta; added to leather and metal chain.
Bling! Bling! Vintage BaUbles and Beads Belt Buckle..$145...One of a Kind

Vintage Shoe Clip that I transformed or "recycled" into a pendant with onyx bead. Coco Wood Peace Pendant with vintage ribbon.

Turquoise, Pearl and Cross...Don't get no better than this y'all. Come back soon! Peace and Blessings!

New Ideas and Inspiration...

Oh my goodness...between working at The Bus Station (our little retail location in Colquitt, Ga http://www.thebusstationgallery.blogspot.com/ and trying to finish up loose design ideas and create products for the upcoming, fast approaching fall and holiday season, not to mention a quick weekend trip to Atlanta to buy for the shop and search for last minutes to finish out the year, my blogging has gotten behind. I hope to upload a few of my new jewelry pieces. I found a dealer that does antique, one-of-a-kinds and vintage pieces which sent me into overload when I got home. So now, my dining room table is filled with jewelry findings, stones, beads, pearls; anything that you can imagine because when you are doing one-of-a-kind pieces then anything goes, in my book that is...So stay tuned for the pics as I have to wait for my camera because it's in my car which is another story for another day...Peace and Blessings!
